What PartAgent is

PartAgent is an AI search tool that finds car-parts listings from third-party sources (eBay, Google Shopping, other marketplaces and websites) and ranks them for you. We do not sell parts ourselves. Prices, availability, condition and fitment are set by the third-party sellers and are not guaranteed by us — always verify details with the seller before buying.

Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use PartAgent.

Free searches, search packs & Trader

New accounts get 2 free searches. After that you can buy a search pack (10 searches for £5, 30 for £12, or 100 for £30) or subscribe to Trader (£39/month) for unlimited searches. A search is used each time PartAgent runs a new search for you. If a search fails, it isn't used. Searches you buy don't expire.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Trader renews monthly until you cancel it from "Manage plan"; access continues until the end of the paid period. If you subscribed to Pro or Pro Annual before search packs were introduced, your plan carries on until you cancel it.

If you change your mind about a search pack, email us within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund the searches you haven't used. Except where the law requires otherwise, searches you've used and past Trader periods aren't refundable.

Some outbound links (including to eBay) are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy — at no extra cost to you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, automated abuse, reverse engineering, or unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that listings are accurate, available, or fit for purpose, and we're not responsible for third-party sellers or websites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or purchases made from third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
